It’s all about our team
Celebrating with us this month is our dedicated team. Here’s an update on the latest developments in the practice.

Edel has been taking on more responsibilities and her new role as Practice Supervisor reflects this. Edel will be running the day to day activities at the practice, and managing the frames stocked. If there are any styles, shapes or colours that you would like us to stock, then please come in and see Edel.

Nigel, our current Resident Optometrist will be cutting down his days to spend more time with his family. Nigel is continuing to work with us regularly and to cover holidays. He is a great asset to our team.

Gillian is due to start with us in September. She joins the team as Resident Optometrist and brings with her a wealth of experience. We’re really looking forward to working with Gillian.

The 10th Buntingford Classic Event, 4th September
The annual Buntingford Classic Event rolls into town next month. It’s the 10th anniversary this year and as in previous years classic cars, bikes, tractors, trucks and even military vehicles will adorn our historic high street and provide a vibrant and colourful spectacle .

This is my favourite day of the year and I am a keen supporter of the event as a Classic Car Event Committee member. I look forward to seeing the Town filled with cars, motorbikes, music and people; just keep our fingers crossed for dry weather and a bit of sun so we can show you our extensive range of sunglasses.
